SIP for ZBP Still Working?

Is the SIP number for ZBP still working? Whenever I try to connect via SIP, I get an error that says that "The server is not replying." I'm using NCH Express Talk v3.0 running under Win XP SP3. I don't think it's my computer since I've already forwarded port 5060 in my router.

i can't connect too, it says service unavailable

Works fine here. Check again and tell us if it's still not working.

Still didn't work. I typed "111@zonebbs.com" into my ExpressTalk edit box and pressed Enter. It rang twice then gave me the busy sound.
